1. Monoblock machines:
The first two models you will encounter are the 2.32CLBR and 2.32T; both are monoblock systems. This means that the machines are delivered fully assembled and ready for use. Only on-site placement and connection (plug-and-play) is required; The customer only needs to fill the tank before starting operation. While the 2.32T model has a similar concept to the 2.32CLBR, the main difference between them is the sludge discharge assembly, which is ONLY found on the 2.32CLBR model.
2. Stationary Machines:
This category includes the ECO200FPL and ECO200FPE models. The ECO200FPL model requires a concrete tank placed on the side of the washing platform; the "L" at the end of the model name refers to this lateral tank configuration.
The ECO200FPE model is based on a similar concept, but the main differences are:
- the location of the concrete tank (mounted below or next to the washing line);
- also, the pump group has a less compact structure compared to the ECO200FPL version (this is a natural consequence of the machine's configuration);
- in addition, the washing line length is 3 meters instead of 4 meters. The ECO200FPE version is generally recommended in cases where:
- there is limited space for a lateral tank and
- the expected daily flow rate or contamination level is not very high (therefore a smaller tank volume is sufficient).
3. Mobile machines (ramps are always supplied separately):
In this section you can find models 4.32E and 4.32EVXB16. The main difference between these two versions stems from the way the sludge is processed:
- The 4.32E model is equipped with a sludge discharge unit.
- In the 4.32EVXB16 model, the sludge discharge system has been replaced by a filtration unit commonly known as a "big bag" filtration system. As you can see in the price list, the 4.32EVXB16 version is more affordable than the 4.32E. This model is particularly suitable for environments with low to moderate levels of contamination, where heavy sludge accumulation is not expected.
4. Semi-mobile version:
The 4.32EP model is a semi-mobile solution and shares similar basic features with the 4.32E system. The main difference lies in the installation requirements: the washing platform must be installed by embedding it into the ground; this means that construction work is required. The system is recommended for environments with heavy contamination, where the dirt is directed through channels to a side pit containing a sludge pump. The collected material is then pumped to a recovery unit.
To summarize the differences between the 4.32EP and 4.32E/4.32EVXB systems:
The 4.32E model has a sludge discharge unit and offers full mobility when installed with ramps.
The 4.32EVXB retains the same installation concept and mobility options as the 4.32E, but includes a filtration unit instead of a sludge discharge system.
The 4.32EP, while having a sludge discharge unit similar to the 4.32E, does not have a mobile structure; it requires the washing platform to be installed embedded in the ground, thus necessitating construction work (infrastructure work).
